The Holiday Season is upon us….
The holiday season is right around the corner. Rich Mar Florist can not be more excited. Fun and new things are happening here! Soon we will begin to decorate holiday parties, customer’s homes and churches. It’s that time of year were the staff goes a little further that the usual to make the season bright.
Our spokesgirl is at it again!
I can remember many holiday commercials being filmed at our locations over the years. One thing for sure I was never as adorable as my daughter. She did a wonderful job! Our new holiday spot is currently airing on local TV but can be seen by clicking this link A 2017 Rich Mar Christmas
Something for everyone
Both our Allentown and Bethlehem stores are filled with fresh flowers, gift items and cemetery items to remember our loved ones. The stores offer the largest cemetery selection of the year featuring both silk florals and fresh Christmas greens. The Annual Christmas Spectacular Sale is going strong and new items will still be arriving. Poinsettias have also arrived. Our poinsettias are locally grown in our home state of Pennsylvania and boast beautiful color.
Some fun things ahead….
Our special events team is excited to once again partner with The Lehigh Valley Phantoms and their symphony on ice. This event combines ice skating and local musicians for a memorable night of holiday cheer. But that’s not all…looking a little further past the holidays will be the Lehigh Valley IronPigs annual Phillies Caravan. Rich Mar Florist has been a part of this event from it’s inception.

Race Cars, Open House and Summertime……
Well summer is in full swing and so are all the fun activities of the season in the Lehigh Valley. It has been a fast one, literally!
Run for the roses…We are so fortunate to have a new spokesman and he is two time NASCAR winner David Ragan. Thanks for our friends at Front Row Motorsports, we will be on David’s car(the #38) this year and the next when he travels to Pocono. On top of car the David will also be wearing our new racing hat and maybe even a firesuit next year as we are in talks about that for 2020.

Winter and Weddings In Full Swing….
The holidays have passed and the cold of winter we where all looking for has finally arrived. This time of year is a great time to send flowers, as most of us are saddened to see the holidays and all of our beautiful decorations come down. As we all look forward to the warmer weather, spring flowers are beginning to arrive daily here at the shop, serving as a reminder of times to come.

What a busy summer it has been…..
It seems as long as we waited for the warm weather, it came and left. Football is in the air and the blue/gray October skies are on the horizon.
At the shop Summer was filled with beautiful weddings, fun projects and much needed summer vacations. I know personally I was in no hurry to return from Disney and neither was my daughter!
Rich Mar Florist was so happy to be a part of so many beautiful weddings like Shoshanna’s in the photo below. Our wedding design team truly enjoys working with all of our brides and making their day and photos thereafter so memorable.

Summer time always brings around fun times at the shop. My staff and I are busy recovering from Prom, Mother’s Day and just May in general. Its the time of year when flowers are plenty and everyone is dreaming in full color! Our staff is always excited to create new and unique designs like the one shown below.

Wedding Season has begun and don’t forget Mom!!
Ah yes, wedding season is upon us once again. Although in many ways it seems like it never kinda leaves. Our team is busy all year long making samples, meeting with bride’s, discussing all kinds of options and now just like that it’s back again. Let me start by thanking all of our 2017 brides and wishing all of our new 2018 brides the best of luck in their new venture and our graciousness for letting us be a small part of it. What styles will be see this year?
